Resoles and heel work are core to Spire Civet. We match sole type to your walking surface and the shoe’s structure so the repair supports how you actually move through Gdansk.

Full resoles remove worn material cleanly and rebuild with adhesive and stitching where the design allows. Heel lifts restore posture and protect upper seams from premature failure.

Rubber versus leather sole choices are discussed plainly: grip, sound, and weather. We do not promise “forever” — we promise careful work and clear aftercare.

If a midsole is compromised, we may recommend retirement instead of sinking cost into an unsafe shell. That honesty is part of the house name.
